You need
Cucumber - 1/2 (grated/chopped)
Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
Yogurt - 1 cup
Salt
Green chilly - 1 (slit)
For seasoning
Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
Urad dal - 1 teaspoon
Asafoetida - a pinch
Method
- In a bowl add the cucumber, salt, yogurt, green chilly and mix well.
- Seasoning - In a pan add oil and splutter mustard seeds, add urad dal, Asafoetida and pour over cucumber.
- Garnish with corainder leaves and serve cold
