Make chole as per directions here.
To make the chaat
- Place 2 tikkis on a plate. Spoon some chole on top of the tikki.
- Add a tablespoon of tamarind date syrup and 1 teaspoon of mint chutney.
- Sprinkle some chaat masala, chopped onions, squeeze in some lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
