You need
Corn kernels - 2 cups (boiled)
Salt
Lemon - 1/2-1
Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
Coriander leaves - finely chopped
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Chilli powder - 1teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Method
- In a pan add butter, chilli powder, garam masala, corn kernels and salt and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add chaat masala, coriander leaves and lemon juice and mix well.
- Serve warm
