Tomatoes - 3 ripe (finely chopped)
Onions - 1/2 (finely chopped)
Jalapenos - 3 (finely chopped)
Coriander leaves - finely chopped
Garlic cloves - 2 (finely chopped)
Red pepper - 1/2 (finely chopped)
Mango chunks (optional)
Peach chunks (optional)
Pineapple chunks (optional)
Olive oil - 1 tablspoon
Salt
Lemon - 1
Pepper
Method
- Combine all the above ingredients in a bowl.
- Refrigerate for 1 hr and serve with Tortilla chips.
